Troy Wayne Nuckles

Troy Wayne Nuckles, 84 of Ripley, passed away November 14, 2022 at Charleston Memorial Hospital following a short illness.

He was born May 11, 1938 in Given, a son of the late Virgil O. and Acel Ella Dillon Nuckles. Troy lived his entire life in Ripley, WV. After high school he went to work in the construction of the Kaiser Aluminum Company and following the construction of the Plant went to work for Kaiser Aluminum where he had 43 years of service.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Nuckles.

He is survived by his children, Mike Nuckles (Keith Anne) and Cindy Randall (Mark); Brothers Charles Nuckles (Janet) of Ripley, Gene Nuckles of Ripley, and Roy Nuckles (Linda) of Ripley; also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren

A time of visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. Following the visitation there will be a private family graveside service at the Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville, WV.
