Virgil Myers

Virgil Myers, 61 of Kenna, passed away May 21, 2023 at his home following a sudden illness.

He was born February 15, 1962 in Ripley, son of the late Denny Alva and Mary Richards Myers. Virgil worked in construction most of his life and enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting, WVU sports and watching his grandchildren play football and basketball.

He is survived by a daughter Tonia Heath; son Joseph Lee Myers and his grandchildren Virgil Myers, Nicholas Myers, Brianna Myers, Hunter Myers, Jaxson Myers, Lilah Myers, Issabella Hodge, Blake Hodge, Jeremiah Myers and Riley Myers; brother Everette Myers; sisters Jeanie Myers, Phyllis Taylor, Barbara Casto and Margie Collins.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Tonya Myers; a brother, Raymond Myers and sisters Anna Mae Ramsey, Lucy Collins, Rosie Collins, Dorothy Boggess and Elva Marie Myers.

Funeral Service will be 12:00 pm Saturday, May 27, 2023 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with Pastor Dee Rhodes officiating.
