Wayne E. Cooper

Wayne E. Cooper, 57, of Ripley, WV passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. He was born on February 8, 1959, a son of Howard and Judith Bond Cooper. He was a former automotive mechanic at Courtesy Jeep of Rockfield, MD. He was an avid Baltimore Ravens fan and was a lover of all his dogs. He is survived by his parents Howard and Judith Cooper of Glen Burnie, MD; Brother Dale Cooper of Hagerstown, MD; Grandchildren Thomas Lockhard, Joseph Cooper, Brian Lockhard, and Andrew Lockhard. In honor with his wishes Wayne will be cremated with no further services at this time. Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, WV is serving the Cooper Family.
